Oatmeal Raisin Bread

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Overall time: 50 minutes
Serves: 8 to 10 persons

Recipe Ingredients:
·         ¾ cup of warm water (110 to 115 °F)
·         1 tbsp. of sugar
·         1 package (¼ oz.) active dry yeast
·         2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
·         1 tsp. of kosher salt
·         1 cup of unbleached bread flour
·         ½ cup of whole wheat flour
·         ½ cup of quick-cooking oats
·         1 cup of dark raisins

Cooking Instructions:
1.       Place the water, sugar, and yeast in a small mixing bowl. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes.

2.      Using the single dough blade, place the yeast mixture, oil, salt, flours, oats, and raisins.

3.      Blend them for about 20 seconds, until well combined. Remove the dough ball and place in a mixing bowl that has been coated with vegetable oil.

4.      Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in a warm place for about 2 hours. Lightly coat a loaf pan with cooking spray.

5.      Form dough into a loaf and place in pan. Let rise for about 2 hours or until double in size.

6.      Then preheat your oven to 350 °F. Set Ninja to Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. When the time is up, allow to cool before serving.

7.      Serve immediately and enjoy!
