Chicken & Rice Bake

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Total time: 60 minutes
Serves: 2 to 8 people

Recipe Ingredients:
·         2 large chicken breasts cut in half
·         2 cups of white rice
·         1 box of chicken broth
·         1 bag of frozen broccoli and cauliflower
·         Salt, pepper and paprika to taste

Cooking Directions:
1.       Set your Ninja to oven mode of 350°F. Add rice, stock, chicken and veggies in the Ninja.

2.      After that, add plenty of paprika and a bit of salt and pepper. Cook for about 45 minutes or until rice is tender.

3.      Serve immediately and enjoy hot.
